Does the hotel charge a cancellation fee?

We do not charge a fee for cancellations made by 6:00 pm, 48 hours prior to your arrival. If you must cancel within that time frame, you’ll be charged for a one night stay, plus tax.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you’re arriving on an early flight, let us know. We’ll do our best to get you in early. If we can’t, we’ll store your luggage and give you our best breakfast recommendations. Likewise, if you’ve got a late departure, we’re happy to stow your luggage while you enjoy a few final hours in Miami.

Can I bring a pet?

No, the hotel does not allow pets. Service animals, however, are always welcome.

Does the hotel have valet parking?

Yes, the hotel offers valet parking with unlimited in/out privileges. Come and go as often as you like; the $30 per night fee will be conveniently posted to your room.

Can I request a specific room or view?

We can’t promise a specific room, but we’ll make every effort to ensure you get your dream room.

Is there a hotel or resort fee?

Yes, our hotel service fee is $12 per room, per night and includes access to the Fitness Center and rooftop pool amenities, plus in-room bottled water on arrival, local calls, and one hour of bike rental.

Do you have cribs and rollaway beds?

Yes, cribs are available at no charge. Rollaway beds are available at $25 per night.
